How long will my order take?
Your product will be manufactured and dispatched within 10 business days
Please allow up to 10 days for shipping depending on your location. Australia Post has recently advised of new postal delivery times for their regular postal service. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to areas that Australia Post does not Express Post to. Please visit the Australia Post website OR SEE BELOW for further information on their regular delivery times and Express Post options.
When your order has been dispatched from our office, you will be emailed a tracking number from Australia Post.

Regular Shipping - the Australia Posts website stated 3-4 business days for delivery. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Express Shipping - our Express Shipping option is only for shipping, NOT manufacture. Please allow 7 business days for manufacture.

How can I pay for my frames?
Our online shopping cart checkout accepts Visa & Mastercard (via Paypal gateway) and Paypal. Please note that while we use the paypal payment gateway you do not need a paypal account to use the checkout.
How much do they cost?
Our basic frames start at $21.95 per pair, however we do have customising and cover options available at a higher price.
If enquiring regarding a dealership, price is dependant on the number of print colours and quantity you would like to order. Please drop us a line at admin@numberplateframes.com.au for a detailed quote.
Can you refund if I have ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately we cannot refund if you have selected an incorrect size.
Please check the dimensions in the table at the bottom of each product page to ensure that the combination you are purchasing will fit your vehicle.

Can you print AFL, NRL logos?
Sorry. We do not currently have permission to print these logos.
How accurate are the colours of the frames?
Please be aware that colours differ from substraight to substraight, and from computer screen to computer screen. Please use the colour names as a guide only. Eg Hot Pink will be a bright pink, where as Light Pink will be a pale pink.
Why has my design been rejected?
Unfortunately we are unable to print logos which are protected by copyright or messages which could be perceived to be offensive.
Can I buy just one frame?
No. Except for motorcycle orders, frames are sold as sets of two. Motorcycle orders are for single frames only.
What frame sizes do you stock?
We cater for Standard, Slimline, NSW Large and Small Premium, European, WA Motorcycle and Standard Motorcycle.
If you have any concerns, please refer to the table at the bottom of each product page which contains frames and plate sizes. Some States have introduced different combinations of plate sizes, if you have a set and you are not sure, please drop us an email of your plate size to admin@numberplateframes.com.au
Do they fit all number plates
Number plates are actually different from State to State. We are Australian owned and operated, and have custom tooling for standard number plates, and the Victorian & NSW custom plates. Motorcycle plates, European and Covers are also available. Just choose your frame type from the icons and select a design or colour. Common number plate sizes available and state designations are shown below.

Are they high quality?
We are Australian owned and operated and have been manufacturing the best engineered frames in Australia for 20 years. We are quality certified to the international standard ISO9001:2008. They are made from ABS UV resistant plastic, and are printed in High Quality inks .
How do I fit the frames?
Simply remove the numberplate, clip the frame to its edges and then reinstall onto the car. Our frames are designed and made in Australia specifically to suit Australian license plates. Your frames will also come with a Care Instructions card with some helpful tips on how to install and care for your frames.
